If your query is in relation to the CCAN Common Law Committee of Albion, all you would need to do is attend the CCAN event in Scotland on 24th January '26 in Sterling.  All of the people convened there will represent the 'committee of 48' and select from that group 25 names to be put forward for the Grand Jury to reach a verdict for the Bonding of the CCAN Sheriffs Office of Oversight and Accountability.  So that will be the formal approval for John and Senno supported by the Sheriffs aka the CCAN Knights to Lawfully move forwards and start making arrests.....It will be history in the making!!!!
